Register of Interests and Gifts and Hospitality Register
The governing body are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest. You can view of register of interests here along with the gifts and hospitality register.
Leicester City CCG is committed to ensuring that any actual or perceived conflicts of interest are identified and managed, with arrangements put in place for both the declaration and the mitigation of risks associated with conflicts of interests.
Employees, members of the Governing Body, members of committees and sub-groups are required to make declaration of interests on a regular basis. The CCG Register of Interests is then updated accordingly.
Interests will remain on the public register for a minimum of six months after the interest has expired. The CCG retains a private record of historic records for a minimum of six years after the date on which it expired. To submit a request for this information, please contact the CCG’s Corporate Affairs Team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
To further strengthen scrutiny and transparency of the CCG’s decision-making processes, we have appointed a Conflicts of Interest Guardian. This role is undertaken by Jeffrey Knight, Independent Lay Member and Chair of the Audit Committee. Jeffrey is contactable by emailing email@example.com
Details of any breaches of the CCG’s Conflicts of Interest Policy will be published on this page.
