Leicester City CCG is committed to ensuring that any actual or perceived conflicts of interest are identified and managed, with arrangements put in place for both the declaration and the mitigation of risks associated with conflicts of interests.
Employees, members of the Governing Body, members of committees and sub-groups are required to make declaration of interests on a regular basis. The CCG Register of Interests is then updated accordingly.
Interests will remain on the public register for a minimum of six months after the interest has expired. The CCG retains a private record of historic records for a minimum of six years after the date on which it expired.
