We would like to reassure you that you can still contact us during this unprecedented period, but where possible please can we ask that you do this by email or using our online forms. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Contacting a member of staff
Many staff are working from home in line with Government advice, but they are still contactable. If you already have their email address or their mobile number, please try to get in touch with them in this way first. If they are not working for any reason, their voicemail or out of office message will advise you who to speak to in their absence. If you do not have their email address or mobile number or you don’t know who you need to speak to, please email email@example.com . If you do not have access to email, please call our reception on 0116 295 0750.
Complaints and enquiries
If you would like to make a complaint or enquiry about an NHS service you have used, or you have an outstanding complaint or enquiry, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have access to email, please ask someone else to make the enquiry on your behalf by email. If this is not possible, please call us on 0116 295 7572.

To make an FOI request, or to ask about an existing one, please email email@example.com .
