Learning disability strategy consultation
This survey is now closed.
The consultation on the Leicester City Joint Health and Social Care Learning Disability Strategy is open until 23rd April 2019.
The online consultation survey is available here.
This strategy includes things that we think should happen to make life better and ensure that people with a learning disability have equal rights. It outlines what we will do to make sure people with a learning disability can have a safe and happy life.
We hope you will be able to take part and encourage any professionals you work with, as well as any service users and carers who you support, to do the same. It is important that this consultation is shared as widely as possible as this will allow us to make sure that the strategy reflects the views of the key stakeholders.
For printed copies please email email@example.com or call on 0116 454 2300
We are also happy to come out and meet with any groups that would like to get involved or that would prefer to talk about the strategy rather than completing the online questions. If you would like someone to come out to your group please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 0116 454 2300.
There are also consultation meetings, throughout March and early April, where you can turn up (no need to book) and share your opinions. Click here to see the list of dates and venues.
